Accredited Practising Dietitian
Nazreen is an Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) with over 13 years of experience across community health, private practice, telehealth and residential aged care. She holds a Bachelor of Nutrition and Dietetics (Honours, First Class) from the University of Sydney and provides personalised, evidence-based nutrition care for individuals, families and older adults.
Nazreen takes a practical and individualised approach to nutrition, tailoring advice to each person's health needs, lifestyle and cultural background. She has a strong understanding of South Asian dietary patterns, including Pakistani, Indian and other South Asian cuisines.

Women's health including PCOS and perimenopause
Children's nutrition including fussy eating and feeding support

Nazreen consults at Aitken Grove Medical & Aesthetic Centre every Tuesday. Medicare EPC referrals are welcome, and NDIS self- and plan-managed clients are accepted.
